Digital Signage Installation for Commercial Spaces
Digital signage can support menus, promotions, wayfinding, visitor information and internal communications. We help specify commercial-grade displays, media players, mounting and signal distribution to suit the location, viewing distance and operating hours. We also consider access for maintenance and how content will be updated after installation.

PRACTICAL DESIGN CONSIDERATIONS
Digital signage that fits the way your business operates
A signage installation includes more than putting a screen on a wall. Screen location, viewing angle, ambient light, operating hours, content sources, network access and how content will be updated all affect the result.
Choose the right display location
We consider whether the display is viewed close-up or from a distance, whether sunlight or bright lighting will affect visibility, and whether portrait or landscape orientation best suits the content. Mounting and cable routes should be planned before the screen is installed.
Content and connectivity
The system may use a media player, a content management platform or a source supplied by the customer. Network access, remote management, licensing and responsibility for creating and updating content should be agreed before work starts.
Reliability and maintenance
Commercial screens are often expected to operate for long periods. Intended duty cycle, ventilation, access for servicing and the process for recovering from a content or connectivity issue should be considered during specification.
